Hi all! Happy Wednesday! It’s humpday! Half the week’s gone and there’s another half left. Almost there to Friday, don’t give up!
Breaking from my usual routine of staying in the house for weeks on end, I went out twice this week to enjoy the sunshine. Yesterday I went the the Lordco 25th Annual Tradeshow. Lots of vendors, lots of tools and stuff like that. I was specifically looking for a step bit but I couldn’t find one. They had drills and bits of all sorts except for a step bit. Ah well that’s alright. I don’t have any pictures of the tradeshow for two reasons, I didn’t want to lug my camera around and secondly I forgot to take pictures with my phone. It was nice to get out of the house for a change and see what’s out there in the world. I got lost on the train. I took the train and it started going to a different station and I was like “Noooooooooooo! Damnit!”. Internally of course. It would have been awkward if I said it out loud. So I got off at the next station and hopped back onto another train going the other way. Turns out there’s another platform that also goes east but goes another route. The signs weren’t clear which stations the trains go towards.
Anyway I just got back home from Best Buy. My sister needed to pick up a web order and so I drove her out. In return she bought me a green tea frap from Starbucks.
Here I am sitting at my computer composing this blog post while drinking a Starbucks and listening to One Direction. I’m starting to get bored. Since my doctor put me on Liothyronine (Cytomel), to help with energy levels, I’ve had a surplus of energy and I never know quite what to do. Most days I just spend it in my bed browsing Imgur. But I think there are better ways to spend my time, I just don’t know how. Any ideas? Something simple would be nice. Having energy is good but it’s such a waste when I’m not putting it to good use. I feel like I’m squandering the energy by just browsing Imgur. Don’t get me wrong, Imgur is great. i absolutely love it but it’s not the most productive thing.
Today I’ve had the sudden urge to drill holes in things. Probably because of yesterday’s need/want to find a step bit. I have nothing to drill into! Wow I’m really bored. Hahaha.
Today’s car photo stars a Pichu! Again from the autoshow, I really like the baby blue color. I believe it’s a McLaren.
Anyhoo I’ve got nothing else on my mind. Have a good rest of the week, I’ll see you all Friday for some free association.
